Group sessions are designated by skill level and training goal. So you’ll only train with similar needs. Also, group sessions run all day long, which means there are multiple options available to fit your schedule.

We understand work/life/shit happens. It’s why we have the most accommodating rescheduling policy on the planet. We just ask four hours advance notice for any rescheduling. Oh, and once per month we give you a last-minute freebie—meaning you can move your session at the last second without penalty.

Parking in Chicago is no joke. To be as helpful as possible, we offer 10 designated indoor parking spots to members. There’s also free street parking directly in front of our facility—if you can snag a spot.

Cardiovascular exercise is a tool we use as necessary, but we never ask you to spend hours on the treadmill. We’re not crazy people. That said, members do have full access to our cardio equipment during business hours if you’re up for a run/bike.

Every single AST member receives professional nutrition coaching as part of their monthly program. Our staff has a wide variety of tools to help you develop a go-to plan for each day. It’s all about making continued progress…and not stressing just because Chipotle served you white rice instead of brown.

We keep an ongoing record of your training sessions and performance to monitor your strength gains. We also use bi-weekly InBody composition testing to measure physical changes in weight, body fat and muscle. Lastly, we talk to you. I know, crazy right? We ask how you’re feeling…then adjust if needed.
