Biography

Many years ago, I realized the benefits of exercise- not only physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. I fell in love with taking care of my body inside and out, and decided that helping others do the same was where I was meant to be. Fitness and nutrition has always been a big part of my life, and it all started when I found a love for gymnastics in highschool. Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, we had an active community that was very supportive in anything we set our mind to. Throughout the years, gymnastics brought me so much joy I even ran away with  the circus doing flips, trampoline and throwing people in the air!

In college I went on to study nursing and learned about both the anatomy and physiology of the human body. As a trainer it has helped me understand both the movement and function of each muscle in the body.  I spent countless hours researching the benefits of nutrition and how it benefits the body when it comes to training.

I began training almost 20 years ago when I was only 13 years old. When I was in my 20s, I trained with old school bodybuilders who helped teach and guide me to eventually compete in my first body building show in 2020. Bodybuilding had taught me a whole different level of dedication and discipline for not only training but also nutrition. I was no longer eating for pleasure but for performance, health, and longevity.

My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I work with, helping them become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves and to learn as much as they can about training so they can continue with their fitness journey on their own one day.

When I’m not in the gym you’ll catch me flipping on a teeter board, juggling, or learning double trapeze with my partner!

“Your strongest muscle is your mind, train it well.”
