Pssh. Who needs sleeves? With our muscle gain programs, each workout focuses on a smaller set of muscle groups to create enough damage—forcing them to rebuild themselves bigger and stronger.

What good is a healthy body if you’re too sore to enjoy it? We’ll teach you what to do before and after workouts, plus address any limitations in flexibility, balance and strength to ensure you stay pain-free for the long haul.

Yes. Free. We know that committing to a training program is a big step, so we want you to experience for yourself what makes AST unique. In our free trial, you’ll get:

  • (2) 30-minute personal training sessions, 1-on-1 with our coaching team;
  • (1) 30-minute nutrition consultation;
  • Access to our facility to perform your own workout/cardio;
  • 100% confidence that you’re making the right choice.

Step 2: Foundations Package

Before you begin training with us, we need to lay the groundwork for your future program. In our Foundations Package, you will go through (3) private 60-minute sessions with us so we can develop the best training program for your needs, but also to help you understand what to expect on a regular basis. In the end, we’ll ensure we scale your program appropriately based on your skill level.

Step 3: Choose Your Program

Free trial? Check. Foundations Package? Check. The final step is choosing which AST program is the one for you. We offer Semi-Private, Private and Online Training programs. Each option comes with nutritional counseling, supplemental workouts, and a culture of kind, hard-working members like you who are ready to spot and support each other through every rep.
