We offer one-of-a-kind packages customized to your precise fitness goals, then we coach you the entire way. It’s everything our in-person packages offer…just over email.

Transform Your Body Anywhere with Our Online Personal Training Program

Let’s get one thing straight: these are NOT generic workouts. Our Online Training is based around your skill and experience, the number of days you can spend in a gym, your personal goals, and the equipment/space you have available to you. Once all those factors are known, we design specific workouts that take it all into account.

Training modules are delivered every four weeks to your inbox with extensive explanation and coaching. You can also access our YouTube database for additional guidance so there’s never any confusion.

eCoaching as its Finest

Online clients will be matched with a dedicated AST coach to suit your individual needs. From there, it’s a constant dialogue. This includes weekly check-ins, progress reports and honest conversations on performance so they can provide you with targeted feedback. In fact, you’ll have access to your coach via email, text or Messenger so even if you’re standing in a gym at that moment…answers are available.
