Offered as an add-on service to our semi-private and private training options, our small group mobility sessions help reduce stiffness and accelerate recovery under the supervision of an AST coach.

With a capacity of four participants just like our standard group sessions, these add-on sessions are designed to help improve flexibility and mobility, reduce muscle soreness, and restore better posture to let you function more effectively in your daily life. 

Support Your Strength Training with added recovery

  • Multiple session times offered per week
  • Guided by an All Strength Training coach
  • Focused on areas that commonly impact posture, pain and performance, including hips, shoulders, and spine
  • Content of each session can be individualized based on current needs of participants
  • A variety of techniques are used, including static and dynamic stretching and soft tissue release using foam rollers and lacrosse balls as well as other mobility options as appropriate

*Sessions are typically billed at time of service, or can be added to your membership if you’d like to have them scheduled on a regular basis.
