Our Small Group Personal Training is our most popular program for good reason. It’s a comprehensive package that delivers the training, tools and nutritional guidance you need to see real results. We factor in your goals and limitations to ensure every training session conforms to you and your schedule, not the other way around.

We want to get to know you. So to do that, we’ll have you complete our introductory Foundation’s Package…which is just our fancy way of saying “on-boarding”. Upon completion, you’re given a skill level (beginner, intermediate or advanced) and your individual training needs are assessed. From there, we customize a semi-private training plan centered around your long-term goals.

FYI: Some clients may need to focus on corrective training first (e.g., to correct posture, strengthen lagging muscle groups) before moving on to a more traditional program. Trust us, it’s all worth it in the end.

Group Dynamics

FUN FACT: Our Semi-Private Training is not a Bootcamp. Okay? A Bootcamp is a one-size-fits-all nightmare where someone with a inflated ego treats you like a number. That’s not us.

Our training sessions never exceed four people. Which means your strength coach can provide you with more individual guidance and feedback than any overcrowded classroom. And best of all, you will only ever train with people with similar skills and training needs as you.

Our clients are not grouped together based solely on availability. Strength isn’t as important as making sure the group can work at the same intensity and perform the same level of difficulty. In other words, it doesn’t matter if one person is squatting 75 pounds and the other is at 250. What matters is the pace and effort each person is putting forth.

*Sessions are billed monthly and roll over for 30 days. 10-, 20- and 30-packs of sessions are also available with a 6-month expiration.
